What Does The Service Include?

At Gutter Cleaning Pros, we make sure to clear the roof of all debris, hand scoop the gutters, clear the downspouts, blow off your walk ways, and take the trash with us when we leave.  Pictures will be taken of your gutters and sent via email attached to the invoice/receipt.

How Often Should I Clean My Gutters?

To protect your home and keep it safe from water penetration, we recommend homeowners clean their gutters on a regular basis.  In March to clear out the branches, dirt and other winter debris so that they are ready for the “April Showers”; in June to clean out all the oak tassels, ragweed, seed pods, “helicopters”, and other debris; in August to remove wind-blown debris caused by Summer thunderstorms; and then in the Fall: (October, November, or December) to remove all the clogs caused by leaves that come down throughout the Fall season, before the winter freeze.

Cracks in Foundation

By not cleaning your gutters properly, it can cause damage to your foundation. If water overflows and pools along your home’s foundation, it can end up freezing, which can cause it to expand and cause cracks in your foundation.

Over-Watering Garden Beds

If your gutters become clogged to the point that water is spilling over the front and into your garden beds, you can damage your plants’ by essentially drowning them. Over watering can be just as harmful as not watering enough.
